July 31st, 2020 Today Peel moves into Stage 3 of reopening. Groups of up to 50 people are now allowed but physical distancing remains in effect. Click here for Ontario Stage 3 information

Effective today, Peel Region has moved into Phase 2. As a result the City of Mississauga is now allowing doubles Pickleball play with people from different homes. Respect for Physical Distancing is still a must.
June 1st, 2020 Effective June 1st, public Pickleball courts are now avialable for play based on the City of Mississauga rules. Updates and rules may be found at here.
April 10th, 2020 This past week, The City of Mississauga has extended the closures of all City facilities. These include City Hall, libraries, community centres, and all outdoor sports and recreation facilities. July 3rd is now the new date for things to open back up but that date will be reviewed in the future and may change. Please respect the rules for everyones health and if using the parks to jog or to walk the dog, make sure to comply with social distancing rules.
March 14th, 2020 As a result of the unprecedented Novel Coronavirus pandemic, all City of Mississauga recreational facilities will be closed until April 6th out of an abundance of caution. As the situation changes, any new information will be listed here. The GTPC Mountain Bash on Mar 20-22nd has now been postponed indefinately. Check with the club for more details.

PMA will be holding a 3x3 Social event at the Mississauga Valley CC from 6:30pm to 9:30pm on Thursday, March 19th. You will have some fun matches and perhaps make some new friends. January 24th, 2020 The Board of PMA is delighted to welcome Eileen Truckle as our new Social Director. Eileen is well known to players at several community centres in the City. She was instrumental in gathering players for outdoor Pickleball at Brookemede Park. Eileen’s enthusiasm for our great sport was a natural fit as Social Director. PMA launches the first in a series of Pickleball Clinics **Update - Clinic Now Full
The PMA is proud to offer our members the first in a series of Pickleball Clinics. It will run on March 9th from 12:30PM to 3:30PM at Mississauga Valley CC (after the drop-in times). The clinic will be 3 hours and cover a number of topics to take your game to the next level. It will be led by our own Program Director, Ian Campbell of Pickleball IQ who is a Certified Professional Pickleball Instructor through the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) and the International Pickleball Teaching Professionals Association (IPTPA). Our Membership Director, Jodi Lum, will also assist with the training. Jodi is a Canadian National Gold Medalist and a PPR Certified Coach. You can expect a great afternoon filled with drills and fun play to improve your game. There is only room for 30 members so signup quickly to secure your spot. Check the Clinics tab above to sign up.
